Don't Believe Us?Let four veterans at Asurea break it down.
I’ve been in the business for 31yrs and 14yrs with Asurea. I’ve seen a lot of systems and leads and ways of doing business. I had struggled a lot before coming to Asurea, and it was exciting and refreshing to just book appointments and go out and sell clients on the 1st meeting.
Early on, I was writing 10k/wk for up to 12 weeks at a time. It was amazing to get people protected with such a simple effective system. In 2006, I placed 256k of premium and didn’t feel overloaded. Since then, I’ve had my ups and downs, but when I stick to the basics, I can be consistent in helping a lot of people protect their loved ones while I make a good living along the way.
I’ve found that the grass is greener where you water it, and I’ve looked around a lot over the years. For me, Asurea is solid and a great place to work and build a solid successful career. I’m grateful to be a part of the team with Brian Pope and the rest of the Asurea family.
God bless you all.
Thanks a lot,

We spend 80% of our time selling rather than prospecting. Exclusive lead program with great support from upper management. I have worked for captive agencies and independent agencies and Asurea is well ahead of the pack.

Asurea seems to value their employees quality of life more than their competitors do. I also see an environment that is more team oriented than it is based on the individual production.
